One-hour session

Share about where you are now and where you want to be in a month. What and where is your desired state? I will offer tools that help to eliminate the distractions that hold you back. We will formulate a personalized plan to get you to where you want to be that is effective AND truly works with your lifestyle.

BELIEVE
Week Two
30-minute session

We will review what’s working and what needs to be thrown out the window forever. This is the time to explore what’s getting in the way of you achieving your goals. We will further clarify your vision and I will support you to clean out any mental clutter that feels heavy.

ACT
Week Three
30-minute session

Share about where you are now and where you want to be in a month. What and where is your desired state? I will offer tools that help to eliminate the distractions that hold you back. We will formulate a personalized plan to get you to where you want to be that is effective AND truly works with your lifestyle.

INTEGRATE
Week Four
30-minute session

We will focus on how to keep the momentum going in your daily life. We will also figure out ways to make sure the same obstacles don’t pop up in the future! This session will take place at the end of the last week so it is the opportunity for you to share your successes.

I combine a little bit of woo-woo with solid functional structures that produce results and fill your heart and mind with clarity.
