You engaged in incredibly long journaling sessions and have read countless self-help books that left you feeling even more hopeless and confused.

You’ve tried group zoom workshops, self-help audiobooks and writing long lists with so many lines that didn’t get checked off.

After over a year of truly being in the unknown like never before

Recently, I felt a feeling of pain in my body. My days felt slow even though I was in constant motion with work and family and just being an adult. This feeling was nagging at me. Each time I popped online I read another story about how women were overwhelmed, depressed and anxious because of the unequal way that the pandemic affected them – and this was stressing me out!

After so much work women have done over the decades to inch closer to equality – it was all falling apart. I felt the pain of several  generations of women’s rights activists deep in my heart.

So I thought to myself – what can I do with my precious time on earth to support women in designing their life so they could show up in the world with confidence and peace in their hearts?

Transforming anxiety and overwhelm into action is possible for everyone.

When we have something bigger than ourselves to live into, we have purpose and direction, and it feels great.

Heartwork Assignment #1 – Going deep – Make a comfy space for yourself. Light a candle, brew some tea, fill a vase with flowers or spray a beautiful scent around you, turn on music that inspires you. Then, answer some questions I ask you in an online form so we can get started.

I want to hear all about your big dreams!

We will pinpoint one thing that you want to focus on during our time together (and trust me, you will feel a ripple effect into other areas of your life as you dig in deeper in this area of your life!).

I will create a fully customized action plan between Week 1 & 2 and we will continually optimize each step as we continue on this journey!

Week 1 Video Date

  • Share with me about your current reality and the things that you are ready to create in your life within a specific period of time.

  • Get clear on the results you want!

  • Go BIG!

Week  2 Video Date

  • Dig into those damn mental blocks and do everything possible to get rid of them.

  • Tweak this plan together and make sure it really, really works for your life (while still going outside your comfort zone. Remember, I’m right there with you!).

  • Create steps that will help you get closer to your deepest desire!

Week  3 & 4 Video Date

  • Clear out anything in your mental space that is not fully serving you.
